Exercise Sticks !!!

The CardioTrek RMS ( Really Mean Sticks ) are a great set of sticks for the person who wants the absolute maximum from their walking exercise. These sticks are made from larger diameter steel tubing and feature a 20 inch long grip.

The circumference at the grip is over 4 inches and feel quite comfortable to hold. ( Especially if you have big hands. )

The weight?? These rascals weigh in at about 5, that's right, 5 pounds each!! And, they walk just great. The balance and flip are good, allowing the pendulum action to aid stick movement while walking.

1/129/06 Update .... A Physical Therapist took a look at these sticks at a show last weekend and liked them. He said they would be useful for more than walking. The RMS sticks should be considered an Exercise Device as well.
